تعیین اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی گروهی بر فرانگرانی و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال پرخوری عصبی متقاضی جراحی اسلیو / بای‌پس معده

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: پرخوری عصبی‌ ‌یکی از چالش­های جدی حوزه سلامت است که ‌اثرات منفی بر ‌کیفیت زندگی افراد
می­گذارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی گروهی بر فرانگرانی و عدم‌تحمل بلاتکلیفی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال پرخوری عصبی بود.

مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی (پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل) بود. جامعه آماری آن کلیه بیماران مبتلا به اختلال پرخوری عصبی متقاضی جراحی اسلیو / بای‌پس معده که به مراکز درمانی استان تهران در سال 1402
مراجعه‌کرده بودند که با پرسش‌نامه اختلالات خوردن استیس و همکاران (2001) ارزیابی شدند. سپس نمونه­ای به حجم 30 نفر داوطلب شدند‌که در هر گروه 15 نفر به تصادف قرار گرفتند. پروتکل طرحواره درمانی گروهی در گروه آزمایش با محتوای پروتکل اختلالات خوردن سیمپسون و اسمیت (2020) بصورت فردی و گروهی اجرا شد و گروه کنترل هیچ‌گونه مداخله‌ای دریافت ننمودند. داده­ها از پرسشنامه‌های عدم‌تحمل بلاتکلیفی و فرانگرانی جمع­آوری شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل­ها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره توسط نرم‌افزار
SPSS-26 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: مجذور اتای تفکیکی در مقایسه دو گروه نشان داد طرحواره درمانی گروهی 69% بر بهبود فرانگرانی و 64% بر بهبود عدم‌تحمل بلاتکلیفی بیماران مبتلا به اختلال پرخوری عصبی تأثیر معناداری داشت (001/0 > p). بنابراین طرحواره درمانی گروهی بر فرانگرانی، ‌و‌ ‌عدم‌تحمل بلاتکلیفی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال پرخوری عصبی متقاضی جراحی اسلیو / بای‌پس معده مؤثر بود.
نتیجه‌گیـری: می‌توان برای کاهش فرانگرانی و عدم‌تحمل بلاتکلیفی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال پرخوری عصبی از طرحواره درمانی گروهی استفاده کرد. بنابراین، طرحواره ‌درمانی گروهی می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش مؤثر در مدیریت و درمان اختلال پرخوری عصبی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد که باعث افزایش اعتماد به نفس و بهبود روابط اجتماعی بیماران شود.
