شکایات اصلی مادران بعد از جراحی سزارین با بی حسی نخاعی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی رضایت مادران از بی‌حسی نخاعی به منظور تعیین تغییرات مورد نیاز برای بهبود کیفیت کلی ارائه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی به بیمار مهم است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی شکایات عمده مادران بعد از عمل جراحی سزارین با بی‌حسی نخاعی انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بر روی زنان باردار تحت جراحی سزارین با بی‌حسی نخاعی در سال 1401 در بیمارستان الزهرا (س) رشت انجام گرفت. ابتدا هدف و نحوه انجام تحقیق برای بیماران تشریح شد و فرم رضایت آگاهانه اخذ شد. سپس چک لیستی که حاوی مشخصات دموگرافیک و شکایات بیمار از بی‌حسی نخاعی بود ثبت گردید. داده‌های جمع آوری شده وارد نرم افزار SPSS 19 شده و توسط آماره‌های توصیفی میانگین، انحراف معیار و فراوانی مورد بررسی قرار گـرفتند. سطح معنی‌داری برای آزمون‌ها کمتر از 05/0در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد از مجموع 239 مادر باردار مورد بررسی 92 نفر (5/38%) مورد شکایاتی را بعد از پروسه ذکر ‌نمودند. در حالیکه عمده مادران باردار (147 نفر، 5/61%) شکایتی نداشتند. تهوع- استفراغ (7/37%)، لرز (9/23%) و سوزن زدن‌های‌ مکرر (7/16%) عمده‌ترین شکایات ثبت شده توسط مادران بود. بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه هیچگونه ارتباط آماری معنی-داری بین وجود شکایت از بی‌حسی نخاعی و متغیرهای سن، تحصیلات مادر، وضعیت اشتغال، محل سکونت، تعداد بارداری، BMI، سن ختم بارداری و سابقه بی‌حسی نخاعی دیده نشد (همگی 05/0 < P). نتیجه‌گیـری: زنان بارداری که تحت جراحی سزارین با بی‌حسی نخاعی در این مرکز قرار گرفتند، شکایات محدود و قابل پیشگیری از این پروسه را گزارش نمودند. عوارض ذکر شده منجر به آسیب ماندگار و جدی در مادران نشد و اغلب بدون پیامد ناگوار با مداخلات معمول درمانی کنترل گردیدند.
