بررسی تطابق بیماران با استومی و عوامل مرتبط با آن

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: جراحی برداشتن روده همراه با تعبیه استومی برای عمل دفع، یک تجربه دگرگون کننده زندگی است که چالش‌های متعددی را برای بیماران بوجود می‌آورد. بر این اساس، ضروری است افراد با زندگی جدید تطابق یابند تا شرایط خود را بهتر مدیریت کنند. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تطابق بیماران با استومی و عوامل مرتبط با آن انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه توصیفی – همبستگی حاضر، ۱۳۰ بیمار دارای استومی مراجعه کننده به 4 بیمارستان آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها به کمک فرم اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی - طبی و مقیاس تطابق با استومی Simmons و همکارانش (2009) جمع‌آوری و به وسیله نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 17 با استفـاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی (درصد، میانگین و انحـراف معیـار، فـراوانی) و تحلیلی (تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس و آنالیـز رگرسیون) تحلیـل شـدند. سطح معناداری آزمـون‌ها 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین نمـره تطابق با استـومی 211/17±83/47 (از محدوده 92-0) بود. در میان ابعـاد مختلف تطابق، بیشترین و کمتـرین میانگین نمره به ترتیب مـربوط به ابعـاد پذیرش و خشم بود. بررسی میانگیـن نمره تطابق با استومی بر حسب متغیـرهای دمـوگرافیک - طبی حاکی از وجود ارتباط معنی‌دار بین تطابق با استـومی با متغیـرهای جنس (022/0P = )، وضعیت تأهل (005/0P = )، وضعیت زندگی (000/0P = )، سطح تحصیلات (019/0P = )، شغل (001/0P = ) و دلیل جراحی استومی (032/0P = ) بود. نتیجه‌گیـری: با توجه به متوسـط بودن سطـح تطابق با استـومی در این بیمـاران، نیاز به انجام مطالعات بیشتر در زمینه شناسایی دیگر عـوامل مـرتبط با تطابق و طراحی مـداخلات روانی – اجتماعی مناسب در جهت ارتقای تطابق با استومی احساس می‌شود.
