Pubmed PII DOI ISNET IRANMEDEX MAGIRAN SID محل آناتومیک فشار بر عصب مدیان در بیماران با سندروم تونل کارپ ایدیوپاتیک شدید زمینه و هدف: مطالعه آناتومی محل کمپرشن عصب مدیان در بیماران با سندروم تونل کارپ می‌تواند به درک بهتر از آناتومی تونل کارپ و تنگ ترین محل این تونل منجر شود. این مطالعه در جهت کمک به روشن شدن بیشتر آناتومی تونل کارپ طراحی و اجرا شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: تعداد چهل بیمار که با تشخیص سندروم تونل کارپ ایدیوپاتیک و شدید تحت عمل جراحی آزاد کردن عصب مدیان قرار گرفتند، در این مطالعه گنجانده شده‌اند. طول ناحیه کمپرشن عصب، فاصله وسط ناحیه کمپرشن عصب تا چین دیستال مچ دست اندازه‌گیری شد. یافته‌ها: از تعداد 40 بیمار، سی و هشت نفر زن و دو نفر مرد بودند. میانگین سن بیماران (76-37) 5/6±54 سال بود. طول متوسط ناحیه با کمپرشن یا اثر فشاری (10-3) 1±6 میلی‌متر و متوسط طول وسط ناحیه کمپرشن تا چین دیستال مچ دست (26-18) 5/3±23 میلی‌متر بود. که این محل در محاذات زایده قلابی شکل استخوان همیت قرار دارد. نتیجه‌گیـری: بر اساس یافته‌های این مطالعه آناتومی عصب مدیان در تونل کارپ بیشترین محل تنگی کانال کارپ و بیشترین فشار بر روی عصب مدیان در محاذات زایده قلابی شکل استخوان همیت قرار دارد. Introduction & Objective: The anatomical study of the compression site of median nerve in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome can result in to better understanding of carpal tunnel anatomy and the narrowest location of carpal tunnel. This study was performed to have a better understanding of the carpal tunnel anatomy. Materials & Methods: Forty patients with severe idiopathic carpal tunnel syndrome, who had undergone carpal tunnel release, were entered in this study. The length of compression area in median nerve, the distance between the middle of compression area and distal wrist crease were determined. Results: From these 40 patients 38 were women and 2 were men. The mean age of these patients was 54± 6.5(37-76) years. The mean length of compression area was 6±1 (3-10) millimeter and the mean distance between the middle of compression area and distal wrist crease was 23±3.5 (18-26) millimeter. This area was adjacent to the hook of the hamate.
